ON THE COVER: The Town Center Enhancement and Walkability Initiative will create a walkable community gathering place to include a public pavilion, a splash pad, a renovated, all-inclusive playground, courts for tennis, pickleball and other sports and a food truck area. The new recreational areas, to be located just west of the senior center and adjacent to the Strongsville Backyard Preserve nature trails, will connect to the Commons via a stroll along the town’s Freedom Trail and past the Strongsville Historical Village and the Strongsville branch of the Cuyahoga County Library.
