This is a reminder relative to the Illinois State Leadership Academy’s Winter Workshop Series. As you prepare for Founders’ Day activities and Finer Womanhood celebrations, your opportunity to learn will not stop. With that being said, Sorors, Amicae, and Youth Auxiliaries, you have a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge of the sisterhood by attending the workshop series hosted by the Illinois State Leadership Academy. Please keep in mind that the leadership academy was created in order to provide embellishment exclusively for members and the auxiliary groups of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. Along with the workshops, the workshop attendees will have an opportunity to attend a Career Development Center. Individuals will obtain assistance with resume writing; interviewing; job coaching; and strategic job search activities to name a few from experienced career counselors. The registration fee is $15.00 per Soror/Amicae and $5.00 per Youth (lunch included) provided envelopes are postmarked on or before January 20, 2014. th After January 20 conference attendees are required to register on-site. The on-site registration fee is $25.00 Soror/Amicae and $15.00 Youth (cash only). There is no on-site registration for the MIP workshop component. Attendees must submit the original Membership Intake Process registration form to the State Director via U. S. mail.
