Parmenter Brett Parmenter ’05 and Claire Hagemann ’05 had crossed paths during their four years at IWU, but it was not until about a month before graduation that they were set up for a date by mutual friends. Their first date was the night of Claire’s Kappa Kappa Gamma senior formal. Claire and Brett married on May 31, 2008 in Waverly, Iowa. The wedding included alums: Lauren Hicks ’05, Kristin Wood ’05, Bryan Waryjas ’05, and Sam Stahnke ’05. The Parmenters live in Deer Park, IL. Brett is employed as a senior Actuarial Analyst with Zurich Insurance. Claire is employed as a Physical Therapist for early childhood through community consolidated School District 15. 21949 W.
