I feel that I engaged greatly with the culture during my time abroad. Right from the beginning once school began, I took the initiative to join a student organization called MUSEX (Melbourne University Student Exchange Society). Through this club, I was able to meet a lot of other students from all over the world while having the chance to participate in some classic Australian activities over the semester. - University of Melbourne, Australia, Fall 2019 I worked in a child development center (like a daycare) and an elderly care facility studying social services. What I found most meaningful about my host culture was the inclusion structures. There were many buildings and temples that had that traditional Korean architecture that was so grand and magnificent.
