The World Links for Development (WorLD) program provides the Internet connectivity and training for teachers, teacher trainers and students in developing countries in the use of technology in education. WorLD links students and teachers in secondary schools in developing countries with schools in industrialized countries for collaborative learning via the Internet.

A database of university-level course materials freely available over the Internet. The references are integrated into an alphabetic catalogue and structured in accordance with the fields of knowledge (over 100 titles).
