Labor and Delivery
Mother/Baby Unit
You will want to bring to Labor and Delivery anything that will offer you comfort during labor. Leave the rest of the luggage in the car. You will get that later. The following are some common items women bring to help them through labor.
For Laboring Mothers
The following suggestions may help you pack for the hospital. Keep in mind that this suitcase will be in the car. Your coach will bring the luggage to you after you and your baby are tucked in your room on the Mother/Baby Unit after delivery.
