Ghostly frozen bananas It is a fact universally acknowledged that frozen bananas taste just like ice cream, especially when they also have chocolate thrown into the mix. This recipe can be made dairy/gluten free if needed.

You need: 200g white chocolate 4 ripe bananas Chocolate chips, raisins or sweets to decorate 1) Gently melt white chocolate (substitute for a dairy/gluten free version if you like) 2) Peel four ripe bananas, cut them in half and push a lolly stick in the middle of each piece 3) Using a pastry brush coat the banana in chocolate, add eyes and a mouth using chocolate chips, sweets or raisins. 4) Freeze for at least 4 hours and then enjoy!
