Thought leadership is at the centre of this edition, which focuses on the work of the International Research Group for Policy and Program Evaluation (INTEVAL). Select highlights include IOE’s first post COVID-19 country strategy and programme evaluation learning workshops to be carried out on the ground, in China and Ethiopia; the importance for evaluation to speak truth to power; packaging neuroscience complexity into one simple resource for evaluators; the need to promote green development policies and practices; and a host of evaluation reports, such as an evaluation synthesis note, a project cluster evaluation, and several project performance evaluations.
