WELCOME TO THE
BRIDGE FIELD The wet and wild weather of December has been traded in for the crisp, fresh winter frost, but the Wass have been undeterred with six wins pushing them to fifth in the WRU Championship East table. Last weekend's 16-25 away win at Penallta RFC banished ghosts of the 55-19 home loss earlier in the season, but also saw the Wass continue their climb up the table. This weekend the focus moves to the Championship Cup, and a visit from Dale
Macintosh's Brecon side. Sitting third in Championship West, we are expecting another fiery affair at the Bridge Field today. "The win at Penallta was huge for us and put to bed one of our poorest performances this year. We are full of confidence and playing some great rugby at the moment, and expect a real tough challenge today from a powerful Brecon side. One challenge at a time, but we will look to hit the ground running."
