Misting systems for supermarkets for: Humidification to preserve FRUITS and VEGETABLES Our misting systems restores the moisture level in the air to optimal values: to stop the dehydration process of fruits and vegetables exposed to the counter. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh, to offer customers only the best.

The perfect humidity for FISH stalls Fishery products are subject to loss of freshness due to dehydration, given that they consist of more than 70% water. Our misting systems counteract dehydration and, in addition, you can control the propagation of unpleasant odors in the close-by areas

Fogging system for FLOWER stalls humidification Especially in the areas for the sale of flowers and plants inside of supermarkets and hypermarkets, it is necessary to make a proper amount of relative humidity in the environment, which is necessary for the long term conservation of all the products.

Idrotech humidification systems Made in Italy by Idrobase Group are specially designed to preserve the freshness of food products such as fruit, vegetables, fish and flowers.

Our systems prevent the dehydration of these products by means of the filtered and sterilised water sprayed on the counters

through nozzles placed along a steel or grilamide line. Nebulization prolongs the shelf-life of fruit, vegetables, fish and flowers by rehydrating them with an action that reduces their weight loss and also preserves their fresh appearance. Our misting systems make possible to increase sales and reduce

product weight loss up to 50%.

Products stay fresh much longer: to offer your customers products as fresh as just harvested from the field!

The solution for reducing the economic damage caused by dehydration: vegetables lose 15-58% of their weight and fish 12%.

Our misting systems offers considerable benefits to retailers: it reduces the weight

Refrigerated counters, non-refrigerated display cases, and storehouses are all low-humidity environments (50-60%). This causes the rapid

Bad odors neutralization Neutralizing odors in supermarkets waste recovery areas The combined use of two solutions with exclusive formulation: for neutralizing odors using nebulization. A single system, consisting of two products, to effectively solve bad odors problem in waste recovery areas.

The first solution is an air treatment for odors when the bins are full with a iodegradable product, SO-INDUSTRIALE. The system works with a nozzle line powered by a Fog 25 module.

The second solution, SO-BIO, is a product to treat the area directly affected thanks to the use of a piston pump which acts directly on the bins when they are empty.
