WHAT’S NEW | The latest news from Ideal Bathrooms service with a smile —

Our sales office manager Helen Webb is a key member of the Ideal Bathrooms team and well known to most customers. She recently reached a significant milestone, with the completion of 25 years service for the company. Considering today’s fast paced job market, it is an increasingly rare occasion when someone reaches such a memorable anniversary.

Helen has always been a key member of the team and has played an important role in the company’s success. Kim Kirby-Earnshaw, Operations Director Helen joined Ideal Bathrooms in 1989 as Sales Coordinator, increasing the sales office team to three in total, compared to the 30 now required to look after the current level of customer orders.

Her highlights over her time with Ideal Bathrooms have been the birth of her son 18 years ago and, on a business front, the May Ball in 2011 in celebration of the company’s 30th anniversary.

She has undertaken a number of roles, including working in HR, H&S, training and as internal commercial manager, before taking up her present role 6 years ago. “I love the family feel to the working environment here, where people know and trust each other” says Helen “I’ve made many friends within the company and with customers over the years, and I really am Ideal Bathrooms through and through.”

Operations Director, Kim Kirby-Earnshaw, herself about to achieve the 25 year mark, says, “Helen and I have been part of Ideal Bathrooms together for a large part of our lives. Helen has always been a key member of the team and has played an important role in the company’s success. She is a true professional – always does her job with dedication and commitment and is a pleasure to work with. She embodies all the principles that make Ideal Bathrooms the company we are.”
