Door leaf -
The door leaf of the Silent1 high speed overhead door consists of 40mm insulated aluminium overhead door panels.

The robust panels feature a micro-rib profile with fine lines. The panels are standard supplied with the colour RAL9006 on both sides. All RAL colours are of course available on request. Please do not hesitate to contact us!

The height of a panel is 250mm and it weighs 9.2kg/m2, including hardware.

The Silent1 is also available with one or more glazed sections across the full width of the door.

If so desired, the entire door leaf can also be constructed with double glazed sections (with the exception of the closing and top panels).

The specially developed side hinges in combination with the special 3” bearing rollers ensure that the Silent1 opens and closes smoothly and silently.
Construction -
The Silent1 offers a stable structure thanks to the 3” rail system. This also guarantees a smooth, silent and stable running of the door leaf.

The door leaf of the Silent1 is balanced with torsion springs that will last for a minimum of 100,000 cycles.

The torsion springs are equipped with a patented spring filler specially developed for the Silent1 concept. This makes the high-speed overhead door the quietest on the market.
