Frequently Asked Questions How do I request a minibus? Requests can be made using the vehicle request form on eActivities. This can be made as far in advance of the booking as necessary, but a minimum of three weeks is suggested.
How do I cancel a minibus request? Requests can be cancelled by logging on to eActivities and selecting the booking you wish to cancel. You will then have the option to cancel the booking. If it is less than 48 hours before the start of your intended booking you must e mail the Student Activities Coordinator to cancel and you may incur a charge.
How do I pay for a minibus? Clubs are internally charged for the use of a Union vehicle and the cost of the fuel used during their trip. This usually occurs at the end of each month.
Where do I collect the keys? Keys are collected from the Student Activities Centre (SAC) on level 2M of the Union. The SAC is open 10am-6pm Monday to Friday. If your booking time starts before 10am or at a weekend you will need to collect your keys the day before.
How early should I put in a minibus request? Requests can be made as early as necessary and a minimum of three weeks before the booking is advised. Please be aware there is a very high demand for vehicles and making a request early is strongly recommended.
