The service tasks and deliverables are limited to the Pre-Construction Project Phase up to an agreed upon scope and a final cost. The cost to manufacture, deliver, install and close-out the project is under a separate sub-contractor agreement with the General Contractor.
DIRTT DESIGN ASSIST SCOPE DETAIL DESIGN ASSIST SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES BY PHASE PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES: Consultative Approach DIRTTs approach is a construction management method that improves quality, cost certainty and provides custom, clean rapid prefab construction solutions. The DIRTT team will act in the role of consultant and coordinate with the architect to transcribe their vision into DIRTT and assist with design & specification through the preconstruction portion of the project. The role will transition into a subcontractor as the implementation of the design is manufactured and installed. Preconstruction Services are outlined per a typical project phase below. Scope of work documents will also be provided for each trade affected on the project.
