The following electronic file formats are accepted: Text, RTF or Microsoft Word (version 97 or higher). Images must be in GIF, EPS, TIFF or JPEG format and be at least 300dpi. Articles may be submitted in one or more of these languages: English, French, German, Spanish.
Reprints Articles may be reproduced for non-commercial purposes once permission has been granted by the managing editor and the author.
