TWO MODELS Two different models are available. The first is a direct connect model capable of connecting and monitoring circuits up to 100amps. The second is a current transformer model which must be used with either 1 amp or 5 amp current transformers to monitor the current flow.

ACCURACY With an accuracy rating of Class 0.5S in accordance with the IEC 62053-22, ia.meters are designed for accuracy.
BI-DIRECTIONAL MEASUREMENT The ia.20D meters are capable of bi-directional measurement which will separatley accumulate the imported and exported energy usage, as well as the overall total usage.

meter FEATURES MODBUS RTU RS485 The communication port supports the Modbus RTU communication protocol over an RS485 network. This enables the ability to remotely monitor various metered parameters and control the meter. Setup screen displays are available for users to adjust the communication port characteristics.
PULSE OUTPUT As an alternative to the Modbus RTU communication protocol, two pulse outputs are available for remote monitoring. Pulse output can be assigned to monitor either active or reactive energy usage, with an adjustable pulse width. Pulse output 2 is fixed to monitor active energy usage.
DEMAND & TOTAL HARMONIC DISTORTION The RS485 serial port with Modbus RTU protocol provides a means of remotely monitoring and controlling the unit. Setup screens are provided for setting up the RS485 port
20CTPB DIN RAIL to PANEL bracket (72190) The ia.20D CT can be used for both DIN rail and panel mounting applications. The meter comes standard for DIN rail mount, and can easily be converted to panel mount by inserting the ia.20D CT into the bracket accessory, providing a versatile and cost effective solution.

The 20CTPB DIN rail to panel bracket is easy and simple to install. Simply cut out 90x90mm (+0.5mm/-0.0mm) in the meter board and slot the meter into the cutout. The 96x96mm face plate will allow the meter to sit seamlessly on the board as a panel mount meter.
