We try to push the boundaries to achieve the best possible clinical outcome with our research and know-how, but also humbly acknowledge that very important aspects in this book are based on knowledge and efforts of former scientists and clinicians. As this scientific field deals with the face and its features, it is often impossible to keep the eyes unrecognizable. Every chapter is about a different topic. However, as multiple problems may occur in the same patient, similar or the same photographs may appear in different chapters.
