Introduction Dear Children, Welcome to your new book. It is going to show you that each one of you is chosen by God and He loves you very much. Now that you are growing up you will hear about some great truths that are difficult to understand, but we believe in them because God has told us they are true. They are called ‘mysteries’ because they are the ways in which God comes to us and lifts us up. They are the way in which God works. You will learn about the mystery of the Incarnation: how God came to earth as a human baby and also as God. He was called Jesus and we celebrate His birthday at Christmas. You will now come to know about the miracles which Jesus worked and how He died and rose from the dead. Then He went back to heaven and sent the Holy Spirit to be with us always. I want you to enjoy your lessons and grow each day to love God more and more.
