Useful Information All appointments require a deposit and are fully refundable on the day of treatment. Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you can relax and enjoy the tranquil environment. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions you may have or if your health or medication changes between visits. Appointments out of hours are availble on request.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our other clients and therapists, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Cancellation without 24 hours notice will result in deposits being forfeited.
Party Bookings The Hertfordshire Spa prides itself on tailoring the day to the occasion and provides those all important personal touches. This perfect venue is available to hire for all occasions; Birthday’s, Hen Nights, Baby Showers etc. Complimentary drinks and nibbles ensure that all ladies have the ultimate pampering experience. We kindly advise our clients that a deposit must be paid to secure a booking. 7 days notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required. Minimum of 5 per party. Spa Days One towel per client is provided. Please feel free to bring an extra towel if needed. It is not recommended to leave the salon in the bath robes provided when going for your light lunch on the premises. Please note that between 9.30am to 11.30am & 3.30pm to 5.30pm Monday to Friday & Weekends from 9.30am to 1.00pm the swimming pool is open to children.
