r. Delica is a Nursing Supervisor at a longterm care facility as well as an RN Independent Contractor. Prior to that, her main areas of nursing expertise were Critical Care and Cardiac Care. She began her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Blanche Ely High School in Pompano Beach, FL while she was pursuing her high school diploma. She graduated in 2000, but she did not obtain her FL LPN license until 2004. Then after, graduating from the University of Miami with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), she began travel nursing in Vermont. In 2006, Dr. Delica moved to Charlotte, NC, and obtained her RN license that same year in North Carolina. In 2012, she moved back to Florida and obtained her FL RN license in 2014. Over the span of her nursing career, she has a wide array of experience in Medical/ Surgical, Adult Health, Oncology, Pediatrics, Telemetry, Infectious Disease, Longterm care, Cardiac, Critical Care, Stepdown/Progressive Care, Correctional Nursing, Public Health, and Travel Nursing. Also, she has been called upon to assist during major catastrophes and natural disasters, such as Hurricane Wilma in South Florida (2005), Earthquake in Haiti (2010), Hurricane Matthew in Haiti (2016), Hurricane Irma in the Bahamas (2019),

and Coronavirus 2019 “COVID-19” Pandemic. In addition, she has held leadership/management positions in various nursing units and healthcare facilities as well as on hospital-wide committees. Dr. Delica also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Education (BSHSE) and a minor in Community Health, cum laude from the University of Florida. In May 2019, Dr. Delica received an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Ministry and was ordained as a Pastor by the Trinity Theological Seminary of South Florida in Pompano Beach, FL through the leadership of Dr. Blanche Johnson Davis, Founder and President of Trinity Theological Seminary of South Florida. In addition, she graduated with honors of the Class of 2019 from The Kingdom School of Ministry under the leadership of Dr. Cindy N. Trimm-Tomlinson. Also, she is a Founding Member of Impact University under the leadership of Apostle John Eckhardt and completed the Master Series for Distinguished Clergy Training of Skinners Leadership Institute in December 2020.
