About the Event

Local business and health care providers will exhibit their services and products, offer health screenings, demonstrate fitness and massage techniques, and answer health and wellness-related questions.

A variety of food trucks and local restaurants will serve a selection of savory and sweet options.

An expanded Family Fun Zone will feature balloon artists, face painters, arts and crafts, DIY, other activities, and much more.

Scarsdale Edgemont Family Counseling Service

Scarsdale Edgemont Family Counseling Service (SFCS) is a voluntary, not-for-profit family counseling agency. SFCS has provided services since 1920 to those who live or work in the greater Scarsdale area.

• Health & Wellness Businesses:

• 10x10 tent will be provided if the sponsor is an SBA member.

• 10x10 space will be provided if the sponsor is not an SBA member, and sponsor will need to bring or rent a 10x10 tent.

• Non-Health & Wellness Businesses:

• Sponsor will be placed in the designated Silver Sponsor area and will need to bring or rent a 10x10 tent.

Supporting Sponsors: $500

• 6ft table will be provided in the designated Supporting Sponsor area.

Vendor Participation Opportunities

Participating as a Health, Beauty & Wellness vendor is the perfect opportunity for local businesses and health care/service providers to exhibit their services and products, and offer health screenings and demonstrations.

Participating as a Family Fun Zone vendor is an incredible opportunity to market your kids’ activity-based business to community members by offering interactive activities and programming.

Participating as a food vendor is a great opportunity to serve your savory and/or sweet offerings to the community.

Health, Beauty & Wellness Vendor Participants

• Must be an SBA standard business member or sponsor for guaranteed partipation (no fee).

• We strongly encourage vendors to bring and/or rent a 10x10 tent (vendors without tents will be placed in a designated uncovered area).

• $125 fee to sell pre-approved health, beauty and/or wellness products.

• Health, beauty and wellness businesses that are not SBA members will be chosen through a selection process and will be charge a $500 fee (+$125 if selling approved products as above).

Family Fun Zone Vendor Participants

• Only designated kids’ activity-based businesses are eligable to apply to participate as vendors in the Family Fun Zone (no exceptions other than SBA community partners and event sponsors).

• There is no fee for selected Family Fun Zone Vendors to participate.

• Family Fun Zone Vendors can sell “pre-approved” retail items related to their activities and business, with 20% of proceeds donated to SFCS.

• Vendors for the Family Fun Zone will be recognized on the SBA website, select social media posts and on-site signage at the event.

Food Vendor Participants

Food Vendor Participation Fee:

• Food Trucks/Food Vendors: $150

• Dessert Vouchers: $75

• SBA Food & Beverage Service Members: $50

All selected food vendors must provide proof of a catering license or purchase a one day temporary food service establishment (TFSE) permit from the Department of Health (DOH). In addition, food vendors must comply with all applicable requirements of the Westchester County and New York Sanitary Codes and agree to follow all requirements as stated in Health Requirements for Food Service Operations form TFSE-1-97.
