Article 4: Using Multiple Intelligence Activities and Film to Stimulate the Communicative EFL Learner Dr Christina Nicole Giannikas is an Instructor, a Teacher Trainer and an ELT consultant. She currently works for the Language Centre at Cyprus University of Technology and is a Pre-service teacher trainer for the Department of Education of the University of Cyprus. She holds a PhD in the field of Applied Linguistics and has been involved in a number of research projects with a focus on Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) in early language learning contexts, digital storytelling and literacy, student-centred teaching approaches, language teaching policies, teacher education and professional development, language assessment literacy, special education in the primary school context, and E-learning/Blended Learning in Higher Education. Dr Wiens’s research interests include teacher education assessment and analysis of teacher education outcomes, particularly the long-term results of preservice teacher training.
