We needed something that would have real effect and impact on our people to change behaviours and mindsets, and that was i2i’s Goal Achievement Programme. That's a wrap! GOAL ACHIEVEMENT PROGRAMME WAVE 1 It's been 13 Modules, 22 Weeks, 30 Live Video Sessions and countless valuable conversations (and laughs!) with 54 of our Commercial people. All committed to a journey of self improvement, mindset development, motivation and self belief at the time when we need it the most. We have been learning so much together about how we can overcome life obstacles, self doubt and negativity by taking back control and autonomy of our work and personal lives and build a super solid path to success - all from the comfort of our homes! I have been blown away by the engagement, honesty and effort put in by every person on the programme but the sheer volume of support you have given to one another and the sense of team spirit was phenomenal and at many times very emotional for us. Our culture is now on another level and exists just as strong if not stronger than before in a virtual way. We've proved that we can listen, learn, laugh (and even cry) amongst our colleagues across the country just as well on Teams Video as we would in person.
