Find connections between the benefits. 1.Find benefits that are connected. 2.Draw a line to connect them. 3.Describe the connection. Do this 3 times, each time using a different color marker. At least one connection must be between the models.
We know that all the benefits are good thing. In this step, your consulting group must choose which benefits are valued by your team.
Put a heart ( ) beside the benefits that you care most about and MUST include in the solution you’re creating.
Be selective.
For each opposing model, synthesize what you love using only one word. Your word should be a synthesis of the benefits you put a heart beside. What is the model really about? What do the stakeholders value out of each model?
