“ TRACK 1:THE A TEAM� Instant messaging has been widespread all over the world. With such applications, business transactions are now easier to access and be done. Some of which are Messenger, Viber, Line, and many more applications. I really do consider the use of the said applications in question number 1 as useful. People are now able to exchange messages with a click of a button.

Video Conferencing is useful to a network administrator as it enhances real time collaboration. Network administrators can connect to other network administrators even though they’re miles away and this saves them time and money. Video Conferencing is feasible because all it needs is a high bandwidth broadband connection and a computer. Wikis are also perfect for IT and business as it creates, keeps and validates a shared body of knowledge updated with inputs from all quarters. The good thing about a Wiki is that it grows organically over time. What is being shared in a Wiki needs to be up-to-date and moderated. And lastly Redbooth, which is an easy to use online task and project management software for teams. It works with smart phones and allows for screen sharing, video conferencing and group chat in real time.

Collaboration tools that are used in the business world today are google drive, skype, video conferencing, whatsapp and viber. All of the tools I mentioned in question 1 are useful, but I see whatsapp as the most useful collaboration tool for network administrator. It is an application that functions for free messaging, file sharing, conference and video call, etc, that enables to communicate and coordinate with other system as most network administrator do.

Here are some of the collaboration tools used in business today; Drop box has the ability to remotely clear data on a lost device. It also has SMB-friendly features such as broad support for a multitude of mobile devices. Google Drive on the other hand, allows you to compile activity in one place and it keeps you in track of who has edited each file. If an account has 5 users then they’ll receive unlimited storage therefore businesses who uses Google Drive don’t need to worry about storage space. And lastly, face-to-face meetings don't have to be done in person anymore with the help of Video Conferencing. It gives small business a real time presence no matter where they are located. Many video conferencing systems enrich the collaboration experience by letting you share peripheral information and screens with other meeting participants.

In terms of value, a benefit of the wiki is the tracking of the history of the page throughout its revision. Every time a page is edited, the new information on the page stays and the last version is saved with all the past archives. One can easily compare past versions, view changes made by specific editors, and revert back to an older version.
