How it works

• PSP notifies HT of potential warranty claim

• HT reviews and provides further instructions

• PSP files the claim request through our website or mobile app

• Pictures, estimate, and/or invoice are submitted for review

• If parts are defective, these would be kept for vendor evaluation

• HT will issue claim number and process invoice via NET 30

Pre-requisites

• PSP candidate does not have a contract agreement with other trailer manufacturers.

• Candidate needs to provide a copy of their liability insurance, fill our the PSP application, and needs to date and sign the PSP contract

Does PSP need approval before moving forward with repairs?

Yes, please forward the information to HT for review.

Will HT provide the replacement parts to perform repairs?

Yes, if it’s a proprietary or a third-party vendor component, it will either be sourced or fabricated. Should the part be unavailable for shipping, it will be specified to source locally.

Is there a timeline to complete repairs?

Yes, we have an SRT manual in our warranty website that can be consulted at any moment.

Contract key points

• Relationship between HT and PSP is that of an independent contractor

• PSP will not be obligated to pay HT any fee or royalty for the appointment of PSP

• PSP agreement is valid for (3) years from its signing And it guarantees its labor for (3) years

• HT will market the PSP through various events on which they might use the PSP name and location

Third party vendor components

As a customer courtesy, third party vendor component claims are processed as a pass through with the component manufacturer for the first year of service only.
