SERVICE 服务设计 DESIGN 在研究生学习阶段,我跟随来自米兰理 工大学的David fassi老师学习了一年服 务设计课程。第一学期详细学习了服务 设计理论和工具,在第二学期通过两个 实际项目进行设计实践:

SERVICE SYSTEM DESIGN FOR BRAND MARKETING 以推广品牌产品为目的, 进行服务设计,包含产品、界面设计。


Young students breakfast solution Quaker Breakfast on the go! is a network of travelling pop-up shops that provides university students with a ready to eat oats breakfast, based on the health goals they want to achieve. Though the app students can also book their breakfast in advance and see where the pop-up shops are placed. 桂格早麦是一个面向大学生的麦片早餐售卖服务系统,顾客可以用手机App预定早餐,或在就近的早餐车领取或者购买早餐。

Stayed in front of the shelf area in supermarket, interviewing customers who are choosing the products. 在超市里的麦片货架区域,对前来挑选商品的顾客进行采访。

Observed student’s breakfast situation around the university and interviewed some of them. 在学校周边观察大学生的早餐情况并采访。

- Believe that functional food can be used to keep their body healthy.

1. Young students know the importance of breakfast. However, it is hard to prepare by their own. They need high quality and ready-to-go breakfast. 大学生知道早餐的重要性,但是,他们没有条件自己烹饪早餐。他们需要高品质并且能快速准备好的早餐。 2. Young students would like to choose nutrient and functional food to keep healthy. Street foods around university cannot satisfied their need. 大学生为了健康,愿意选择有营养和具有功能性的早餐。路边摊的食物不能满足他们这方面的需求。

We found there are some beautiful girls and guys (school flowers) with excellent academic results in the school. They usually make promotional activities in the campus and active in social networks. She loves to meet people and taste new kind of food.

In the morning he is always on a rush and doesn’t have time for breakfast. He just buys baozi on the street and eat them in the class. He wants to have a better body and be stronger! He will john the campus’ gym.

Based on the research result and the design insignt, our design concept is including 4 parts. 基于调研的结果,设计的概念方案包括4个部分。 Breakfast recipes: co-design with target customers. 4 kinds of recipes will satisfied young students’ need and will be easy for them to choose. 早餐食谱:和目标客户一起进行协同设计。最后制定了4种可以满足大学生需要的早餐。 Mobile app: providing a healthy breakfast community to involve young students and to attract them to be loyal to the brand. We asked young students to organize different kinds of food with variety of aims. After the most popular food, we improve them with nutrient science. At last we designed 4 breakfast recipes. 我们让大学生根据想要达成的不同目标搭配组合各种食材,在统计出最受欢迎的食材搭配之后,结合营养学对其进行修改, 最后设计出4种早餐。 Goal: - understand with students the right selection of ingredients for each recipe - define an acceptable price for the breakfasts

Travelling shop driven by an electric motorbike through universities campus. Visible and memorable, it remainds the hat of the Quaker, creating an enjoyable environment where to taste a breakfast.

When The travelling pop-up shops will change their position each month, until the Quaker on-the-go project will ends.

Service design is an interative process. Based on the creation of the first design concept, various aspects of the concept need to be re-modelled and improved.


FEEL THE NATURE 感觉自然 Service design for promoting Vibram Fivefingers. 以推广产品为目的的Vibram五指鞋服务设计


How we get people feel the nature in shops? Vibram Feel The nature is an interesting project developed for the international shoe brand Vibram. We were requested to design a thematic retail store according to the different aims of the shoes. We insisted on the experience of feeling the surfaces and discover the freedom of walking barefoot, touching real natural elements in shops. They are specifically designed for the Chinese market. We stressed the use of technology, screens and online consumer engagement activities. Vibram感觉自然是为国际知名品牌Vibram所做的服务设计项目,目的是为品牌开拓中国市场。根据鞋子的特点,我 们围绕“赤足”和“感受大自然”做了一系列线上和线下的体验设计。

INTRODUCTION Vibram FiveFingers Vibram is market leader in the design and production of high quality rubber soles and technical shoes (Vibram FiveFingers). Human feet have a great potential because its structure. Like the other part of body, our feet need to be stimulated and exercise to keep fit as well. Vibram是鞋底和功能性鞋的行业领先者。人类普通的一只脚其实 是一个进化的奇迹。像身体其余部分一样,要保持健康,我们的 脚也需要刺激和练习。Vibram五指鞋可以让人们更贴近自然环 境,还通过提升人体自然的生物机能,为您带来很多有益健康的 好处。 People wear Vibram Fivefingers to do exercise and play will:

stimulate the muscles of foot and calf

improve balance, agility and proprioception.

We went to the Vibram shop, both Chinese and foreigners tried VibramFiveFingers. And we find that there are different experience between them. 我们来到Vibram的实体店,中国组员和外国组员都试穿了Vibram五指鞋。我们发现,在试穿鞋子的体验上,中国人和外国人有很 多不同。

CHINESE FEEDBACK - really difficult to wear it the first time - don’t like to show the shape of their feet - good feeling of the ground surface “not for chinese foot!” - want to try outside in the nature!

The concept including 3 parts: Advertisment: we designed ads to attract people’s attention of the brand in different place. People will have fun and impressived. Shop&Club: In shop, we designed real surface experience so that customers can test shoes better. The club will organize different interesting sports activities about Vibram Fivefingers. Tools: The shops will provide self-service machine which to help customers to know the knowledge of Fivefingers, to choose products and to purchase online. We also connected social media to promote the brand.

What is ecodesign? Ecodesign is a new way of facing the design activity, the productive processes and obtaining sustainable goods. The output of a system is the input of an other one. A ecodesigner is able to plan the flux of matter and energy that flows from a system to an other on towards zero emissions; creating a new economic-productive model; a community of strongly related people and also consciously connected to their own territory. Ability of logistic thinking, drawing analysis diagram and team collaboration is important in ecodesign processes.. Systemic design has its roots in cybernetics and complex systems and mainly relates to the study of industrial and agricultural processes. We expressed the current situation of restaurant in Macuganga in one scheme. The scheme shows flow of raw materials and energy in 3 parts: input, kitchen and output. We analysed every step in kitchen. We choosed several dishes, which cook by local raw materials, so that decrease the cost of transportation. We analysed waste in every step of preparing dishes. After that, we drew many scheme and tried to explore new way to cook food. Our aim is to reduce and reuse waste as much as possible. We decided 6 dishes in the restaurant. All raw materials are from local. Then we considerd the connection among them, and we tried to make most use of waste. Waste of one dish can be used for the raw materials of other dishes. 3 new products(fried polenta, tincture and potato peel chips) are made of waste of others. 我们为餐厅制定了6道菜品,所有的原料都来自当地产业。接下来,我们思考了6道菜之间的联系,试着尽可能地再利用资源。一道菜的废料可以作为另一道菜 的原料。3种新增的菜品(炸玉米粉,药酒和炸土豆皮)就是由这6道菜的废料组成。

This is scheme of eco processes. We designed flow of raw materials with much less waste. We defined components of system, as well as reduced and reused waste as much as possible. The result of our design strongly connect people with their territory. 下图是经过可持续设计之后的餐厅。在我们设计的原料流动过程中,废料达到了尽可能少。我们定义了系统中的每一个组成部分,同时尽可能减少或者再利用 资源。并且最终的设计将人和所在的地域紧密地连接了起来。

Improve 用水研究 WATER REUSE

Our ecodesign is not only reduce waste of food, but also improve water reuse. In the current restaurant kitchens, grey water is not evaluated based on the different qualities that it has due to actions which generate it. In current mode, the amount of drinkable water needed in a restaurant is estimated around 900L a day, and 880L drain into sewer. In our eco mode, it will be 650L drinkable water a day(reduce 27%), and 0 waste.

When I arrived hospital, I could not understand Italian guide. I totally didn’t know how to do.

Actually, there are many Italians have able to speak English. But my friends and I still often had troubles there. Quietalk Quietalk is a device placed on desktop. It used for communication between staffs when they dare not talk or can not talk in office environment. Quietalk is user-defined. People can propose they need, and collect opinion. For example, whether to go out to eat or whether air conditioning temperature is too high. When using it, one person can choose an issue. Others will receive and they can express their opinion-If they agree, he or she can push button. There is a dashboard to show the results.
