Glucosamine is a precursor of Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), a building block of cartilage.

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is reported to create an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect in response to osteoarthritis.

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) is a co-factor for enzymes involved in collagen stabilisation. Ascorbic Acid is understood to help slow the progression of osteoarthritis.

Proline is one of the main amino acid components of collagen’s triple helix structure. Collagen is essential for bone, skin and connective tissue (cartilage) production.

Available in a 2.6 lb pouch (up to 60 doses), and 8.8 lb (up to 200 doses) and 22 lb (up to 500 doses) tubs.

Directions for use.

FLEXION® is suitable for all classes of horses.

Dosage: Hygain recommends that horses should be initially dosed with 2 level scoops per day for 30 days. After that period a maintenance dose of one level scoop per day is required.
