CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA

GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

1) Nessuna commissione si intende accettata se non dopo ns. regolare conferma per iscritto.

1) Commissions will be accepted, only after our regular written confirmation.

2) Le prove si intendono approvate allorchè portano il visto del Cliente o di un suo incaricato. Non si risponde per eventuali errori non segnalati.

2) We consider passed all inspections, when contersigned by the client or one of his appointees. We don’t answer for possible unreported mistakes.

3) La fornitura dovrà corrispondere alle eventuali prove di tolleranza.

3) The supplying will be always in accordance to the possible tests of allowance.

4) La data di consegna della merce deve considerarsi sempre impegnativa, salvo calamità naturali, sommosse, eventi bellici, scioperi, ecc.

4) The date of goods delivery will be always considered binding, except for natural disasters, riots, wars, strikes and so on.

5) I pagamenti dovranno esser fatti esclusivamente alla ns. sede. Il Cliente è pregato di unire sempre alle lettere di rimessa le fatture che intende totalmente o parzialmente pagare, non rilasciando quietanze separate.

5) Payments will be always executed to our offices. The Client is kindly asked to always include, along with the remittance letters, the invoices that are being paid partially or in full, without making out separate receipts.

6) Nel caso di ritardato pagamento saranno addebitati gli interessi nella misura bancaria corrente al momento della scadenza. Inoltre noi saremo in diritto di recedere l’ordine in corso o di sospenderlo per la parte non eseguita.

6) In case of delay in payment, interest will be charged according to current bank rates at date of expiry. We shall be moreover in right to withdrawn from the order underway, or to cancel it for its unexecuted part.

7) Sui quantitativi ordinati è ammessa una tolleranza come da usi e consuetudini della Camera di Commercio di Milano.

7) On the ordered quantities allowance is admitted, follwing custom and usage of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan.

8) Le opere o i materiali di valore consegnataci dovranno essere assicurati contro i danni, gli incendi, i furti, ecc. a cura del Cliente.

8) Valuable works or materials we have been delivered, will be insured aganist damages, fire, thefts and other accidents at the Clent’s expense.

9) Per ogni controversia derivante o relativa alla ordinazione di cui sopra, o per i relativi inadempimenti, sarà esclusivamente competente il Foro di Milano.

9) For any displite deriving from, or relative to the above mentioned conditions - or due to any relative default - the Bar of Milan will be exclusively competent.
