2022 decemberében hatodik alkalommal várja a magyar design szerelmeseit az Ajándék Terminál pop-up bolt az Allee Bevásárlóközpontban. Idén is kiemelt fókuszba kerülnek a fenntartható designtermékek! Az elmúlt években a kezdeményezés több mint 150 hazai tervezőnek adott bemutatkozási lehetőséget. A pop-up eseményen magyar termékek közül válogathatnak az érdeklődők - akár maguknak, akár szeretteiknek. Divatkiegészítők, ékszerek, papíráruk, gyerekjátékok, bútorok, kerámiák, lakberendezési tárgyak, szépség- és élelmiszeripari termékek népesítik be az időszakos bolt polcait karácsony előtt!

In December 2022, the Ajandek Terminal popup shop in Etele Plaza will be open for the sixth time for Hungarian design lovers. Sustainable design products will be in the spotlight again this year! In the past years, more than 150 Hungarian designers have had the opportunity to showcase their products. At the pop-up event, visitors can choose from a selection of Hungarian products - either for themselves or for their loved ones. Fashion accessories, jewellery, stationery, children's toys, furniture, ceramics, home furnishings, beauty and food products will populate the shelves of the seasonal shop before Christmas!

Fekete Fruzsi légiesen könnyed ékszerei több éve színesítik a designbolt polcait. Megkértük, hogy meséljen arról, miért várja minden évben a karácsonyi szezont és az Ajándék Terminált.

„Az, hogy évről évre beköltöznek a magyar designerek termékei Budapest egyik bevásárolóközpontjába, az Ajándék Terminál pop-up store falai közé az adventi időszakban, számomra hatalmas öröm. Tervezőként nagyon hálás vagyok, hogy én is részt vehetek egyedi, kézzel készített ezüst ékszereimmel a vásáron (ebben az évben immár negyedik alkalommal). Nem utolsósorban vásárlóként is örülhetünk az Ajándék Terminál létezésének, hiszen ez az a hely, ahol a karácsonyi időszakban egészen biztosan találunk majd olyan tárgyat, amit örömmel ajándékozhatunk oda a szeretteinknek, barátainknak. Rengeteg tehetséges hazai tervező tárgyai és magyar manufaktúra termékei közül válogathatunk.

Az Ajándék Terminál esetében azt is fontos hangsúlyozni, hogy ez a hely nem csupán egy bolt, hanem egy fontos misszió is, ami ráirányítja a figyelmet a hazai tervezőkre, a tudatos vásárlásra. Hiszen, amikor itt vásárol az ember, nem csupán egy szép vagy praktikus tárggyal tér haza, de egyúttal egy hazai márkát, mikrovállalkozást is támogat – a mostani vészterhes időkben ez talán még fontosabb, mint eddig.

Fekete Fruzsi's light and airy jewellery has been gracing the shelves of the design store for years. We asked her to tell us why she looks forward to the Christmas season and the Ajandek Terminal every year.

"It is a great pleasure for me that every year Hungarian designers' products move into one of Budapest's shopping centres, the Ajandek Terminal pop-up store, during the Advent season. As a designer, I am very grateful to be able to participate in the fair with my unique handmade silver jewellery (for the fourth time this year). Last but not least, as shoppers, we can also be happy about the existence of the Terminal, as it is a place where we will certainly find items that we will be happy to give to our loved ones and friends. You can choose from a wide range of items from talented local designers and Hungarian manufacturers.

It is also important to tell that Ajandek Terminal is not just a shop, but also an important mission to raise awareness of Hungarian designers and conscious shopping. After all, when you shop here, you not only return home with a beautiful or practical item, but you are also supporting a local brand, a microenterprise - perhaps even more important than ever in these troubled times. It's essential that people see and understand that there is an alternative when it comes to the Christmas 'gift hunt'. Conscious shopping is not just about being environmentfriendly, it is also about taking home an object that was made with heart and soul by a small local business: if I buy from a Hungarian designer, I am helping them to keep the business afloat."
