Saucepan sets }
Our comprehensive cook book ‘The Recipe Collection’ is a full colour, 100-page book that has been designed to provide recipes which use some of the other oven functions such as CircoRoasting and CircoTherm® intensive.
Our fantastic 4-piece saucepan sets are available for use with all Neff induction hobs. These stylish designer saucepan sets comprise two twin-handled saucepans (22cm and 16cm) a single-handled saucepan (16cm) and a non-stick frying pan (24cm).
The recipes have been put together to complement and utilise our unique CircoTherm® technology, and range from quick and easy recipes to those that are more challenging for special occasions.
Please note: The 4-piece pan set product code will be Z9441X0 until end of 2012. From January 2013 the product code will change to Z9442X0.
With the majority of our Neff ovens we will supply a complimentary ‘Recipes and Tips’ cook book. The Recipe Collection is available from the Neff website www.neff-eshop.co.uk

In the Neff eShop, we offer a large range of branded Neff accessories and other accessories to assist in the kitchen when cooking. Our range includes baking trays, saucepan sets, pots and pans, roasters, other oven and hood accessories, spare parts and the amazing E-Cloth.
To deal with repairs we employ a network of locally based Neff trained engineers across the UK. Our Technical Team analyses repairs in advance to ensure the engineer arrives with the correct replacement spare parts, which we keep in stock for up to 10 years.
New Neff appliances are fully guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. If the product is registered within 30 days, we’ll also provide an additional 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee, (so 24 months in total). During that time period, any repairs needed will be carried out by our national network of service engineers.
We also sell a range of branded Neff approved cleaning products which have been tested for use on our appliances. These can be ordered online via our website, www.neff-eshop.co.uk or via telephone on 0844 892 8989.

Appliances can be registered by returning the guarantee card that comes with it, phoning through to the number printed on the card or online at www.neff.co.uk For all dishwashers, in addition to our standard appliance warranty, we provide a 10-year warranty against rusting-through of the dishwasher’s inner tub. For further peace of mind, we offer a Kitchen Plan extended parts and labour coverage from specialist insurers Domestic and General.
