ELITE-CUT S 35 Elite-Cut S 35 features the new Z-Edge shaped Exo-Grit segment, designed to deliver smooth and fast cutting in hard materials, such as granite and hard concrete. Excellent for use with your handheld power cutters and masonry saws, as well as with low-powered floor saws.

ELITE-CUT S 65 ELITE-CUT S 45 Optimized for cutting in reinforced concrete, Elite-Cut S 45 features two different segment designs: The new Z-Edge shaped Exo-Grit segment and the new Flat Exo-Grit segment with edge dimple. The ideal choice for smooth and efficient cutting with handheld power cutters and low-powered floor saws.

Elite-Cut S 65 features three different segment designs to maximize the cutting performance in building blocks and other abrasive materials.

In addition to the new Z-Edge shaped and Flat Exo-Grit segment with edge dimple, Elite-Cut S 65 also features a Flat Exo-Grit Protection segment designed to provide maximum wear resistance. A perfect match for your masonry saws and handheld power cutters.

NEW DESIGN ON THE SMARTER FEATURES FOR IMPROVED WORK SAFETY Checking the blade’s condition before cutting is mandatory to minimize the risk of accidents. Husqvarna diamond blades are equipped with a few important indicators to give an instant, clear view of the blade’s wear, side clearance, direction of rotation, cutting depth and intended application.

CUTTING DEPTH INDICATOR AND MEASURING HOLES Measuring holes are a convenient way to measure the wear of the blades between uses. This is especially beneficial for rental businesses.

SIDE CLEARANCE To reduce the risk of accidents related to pinching and/or kickbacks, the blades feature a clear, instant visual indicator for the blade’s side clearance.

DIRECTIONAL ARROW IN APPLICATION COLOR The directional arrow eliminates the risk of mounting the blade the wrong way. With a clear-cut view of intended rotating direction, mounting will be safer and more intuitive.

LIFE INDICATOR To increase the safety for the user and provide a reliable indicator for when it’s time to change the blade, the blade has been fitted with an easy-to-survey marker.
