Christopher Goh is the director of global learning and leadership development at Keysight Technologies. He is accountable for the global implementation of its enterprise-wide leadership development solutions. He leads a global team of programme designers, trainers and facilitators. His areas of specialisation and interests are in designing and implementing strategies, systems and processes in the field of leadership development, performance management, succession planning, change management, coaching, mentoring, 360-degree feedback and competency modelling. He is certified in NeuroLeadership Institute’s brain based coaching; Ken Blanchard’s “Situational Leadership II”; Kouzes and Posner’s “Leadership Challenge”; and the “Crucial Conversations” programme by Patterson, Grenny and McMillan. He holds a bachelor of arts and social science (economics) from University of Malaya, Malaysia; and a master of science in Asia Pacific human resource management from National University of Singapore.
Kulwant Singh Bardh has nearly 30 years of MNC and SME experience in various industries. He was formerly the managing director of Asia for a public listed global strategy and technology consulting firm and was based in the US for two years. His most trying time was when he returned to Singapore to juggle managing his family, doing his MBA with the University of Chicago and starting two companies and two nonprofit organisations. These critical experiences prepared him when he subsequently joined Mercer as the APAC business leader for HR transformation where he also doubled as lead faculty for leadership development, a new practice at Mercer. His most recent two roles were as P&L head and director of the talent practices at DDI and Aon Hewitt respectively in Singapore. A former military officer, he speaks five Asian languages and has worked in different Asian cities.
Namrata Kohli is the head of human resources for Southeast Asia at Lloyd’s Register. With 17 years of specialised experience in HR, her core expertise lies in business transformation, employee engagement, coaching senior executive leadership, change management and devising HR strategies for the business. In the span of her career, she has been in HR leadership roles across a wide range of industries, including technology, telecom, advertising, marine and energy businesses. She leads multinational teams across countries and cultures amid complex organisational matrix structures. She has successfully rolled out numerous HR initiatives and change management programmes from start-ups to well-established companies. She believes in leveraging on diversity and inclusion to enhance business performance and productivity.
Rajan Krishnakumar is the head of talent for Asia Pacific at MasterCard where he is responsible for talent acquisition, management and development for the region. He has more than 10 years of human resources experience with a proven track record in relationship management, performance management, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, global mobility and change management. He has previously been with Dell, Standard Chartered Bank, and the business process outsourcing industry with multicultural experience covering India, United States, United Kingdom, South Korea, Southeast Asia, North Asia, and Australia over the past 13 years.
