Theresa Chong is the senior HR leader at Amoy Group and a member of the executive team that supports the growth strategies and global business plans. She leads the group’s organisation in Hong Kong and Shanghai covering the functions of human resources, administration and corporate communications. She has worked extensively to drive the talent management programmes at Amoy, focusing on leadership development and organisation culture enhancement. She has taken leadership in revamping Amoy’s vision, mission and values; redeveloping its talent management, and reviewing its leadership programmes for senior leaders and managers, including executive coaching, team personality profiling, 360-degree broad-base assessments and strengthening the leadership competencies in driving its core values.
Joanna Lee held HR positions in different leading global organisations before joining Bauhinia Coatings Group (BCG) of Yip’s Chemical in 2015. She has more than 20 years of experience specialising in integrating HRM strategies and systems to achieve the overall mission. She has worked in a variety of industries, including global retail sourcing, high technology, telecommunications, manufacturing and chemical. With her expertise in organisation development, recruitment, performance management, leadership and management coaching, she deploys a participative management style in fast-paced diverse workforces in different countries. She has a master of science degree in strategic human resources management from the Hong Kong Baptist University.
Kris Lui has been a passionate and seasoned business-oriented human resources professional for 20 years with rich experience in international exposure and delivering business results via building sustainable organisational capability in diverse cultures, markets and matrix organisations. This includes Procter & Gamble, Sino Group and C&A Retail Fashion. Being a strategic engaging business partner, HR head and executive coach, she leads all-round roles of being a strategic partner, change agent, foundation builder and employee champion to meet various business needs. This includes creating new capabilities, turning around declining trends, stabilising realignments and accelerating success. She is also committed to building leaders, HR and women capability in the market via professional community work.
Ricky Long has more than 20 years of human resources management experience in companies engaged in both the service and technology sectors, having assumed positions at Sybase; SAS as head of human resources for Asia Pacific; and Atmel as senior director of the human resources department. Currently he is with Colliers as director of people and performance for Asia, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, talent management and organisation development. He graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Toronto and master of arts from the University of Guelph.
