Participation on international meetings and trainings for PCD coordinators from the national societies.
Organizing 3 three day workshops with representatives of Macedonian Red Cross branches for training of trainers for providing first psychological support. Printing of manual for first psychological support in Macedonian and Albanian language. Organizing training workshops for knowledge sharing about giving first psychological support and support in the communities. Participation in the European network for cooperation of Red Cross and Red Crescent national societies for implementation of activities in the area of psychological support.

Organizing 3 three-day workshops with youth from Macedonian Red Cross branches about peer education of trainers, for purpose of raising the awareness on protection from human trafficking. Developing a manual for peer education and information material. Participation of Macedonian Red Cross in the Secretariat of the National Commission for fight against human trafficking and illegal migration. Participation in the European network for cooperation between Red Cross and Red Crescent national societies for fight against human trafficking.

Increased capacity of the national society to respond to specific needs of the vulnerable population in the process of alleviating the social problems that they are faced with. Provided support and covered specific needs of appropriate institutions in the state. Raised awareness of the public about the problem of poverty and raised awareness of the population about the needed assistance and care for the vulnerable population. Covered priority needs of the elderly persons and gained psycho-social skills for self-support.
