His facility boasts state-of-the-art technologies such as the newest CEREC system—a computer combined with a 3D milling machine that produces porcelain crowns and onlays for patients in a single office visit. “At most offices, patients have to make two visits to finalize crowns or onlays, which means they must wear weaker temporary crowns in between visits,” he explains. “Since these temporary crowns are weaker, they can fall out, causing additional office visits for the patient.” With the help of his associate Dr. Suzanne Lorino, he is able to offer more advanced treatments such as cosmetic dentistry, Botox and dermal fillers. Dr. Lorino received her certification from the esteemed American Academy of Facial Esthetics. “Seeing the smile on the patients’ faces when they walk out with an amazing cosmetic result” is the greatest part of Dr. Scheiner’s job, he says.
