The ultimate E Pluribus Unum: This Latin phrase meaning “Out of many, one” has been immortalized as the traditional motto of the United States of America. It symbolizes and represents the uniting of the original thirteen colonies to form one nation. Thirteen economies, thirteen diversified people groups, thirteen agendas. Yet the founding fathers knew if they could find a way to merge the visions, talent and resources of these independent entities, that they had the basis of a strong nation that could do far more together than they ever could individually. And they were right. It may seem a bit dramatic, but the truth is, Halsey Thrasher Harpole is a microcosm of that very process. E Pluribus Unum: Out of many, one. The evolutionary history of Halsey Thrasher Harpole showcases the culmination of a strategic vision to build a comprehensive real estate group; one that would transcend the traditional boundaries of real estate brokerage and development. One that would be generational in nature; and have the potential to change the lives and livelihoods of the people who live in the markets they serve. The goal of the principal partners was to build something bigger than themselves; an organization that could become legacy contributors to Jonesboro and the entire Northeast Arkansas economy. They knew if they could build the framework and commit their energies into accomplishing those objectives, they too would have the basis of a strong organization that could do far more together than they could individually. And they were right.
Halsey Thrasher Harpole has become the region’s premier full-service real estate group, offering expertise in multiple areas and disciplines. Our team is dedicated to delivering the highest-level service, strategies and results for landlords, tenants, home sellers and home buyers, as well as development and investor clients across the entire real estate spectrum. We offer a broad range of services, spread out across commercial and residential brokerage, property management and development market segments. Our multi-disciplinary approach allows our clients to experience the benefits of a full-service firm, all the while knowing that each area of representation is led by professionals who understand the nuances and details of the individual market segments. When you choose Halsey Thrasher Harpole Real Estate Group you are choosing the market leader, and not just in dollar volume. Our commitment to training and certification for our managers and agents gives you the confidence in knowing that you are truly dealing with an organization who is willing to make the investment in having you represented by the highest caliber and best trained professionals in the industry. Whether you are buying, selling, leasing, renting or building; whether you are looking for new investments or in need of someone to manage your existing properties, no one is better suited to deliver you the highest and best results. Halsey Thrasher Harpole… Leading, Developing and Growing our communities and our clients. Licensed in Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, Mississippi and Alabama
By virtue of our rich historical leadership in the market both professionally and civically, Halsey Thrasher Harpole Real Estate Group has unfettered access to the Northeast Arkansas marketplace. A leader in development, management and brokerage, HTHREG’s principals and agents are intricately woven into the very fabric of all things real estate within the region. Halsey Thrasher Harpole Real Estate Group has enjoyed unparalleled success in the marketplace, topping all other firms in the Jonesboro market for 2020 at just under $210 million dollars in volume. We were also recognized as one of the Top 25 Residential Real Estate Firms in Arkansas. In addition to the market’s leading team of sales agents, we are proud to have built a back office and administrative team to help market and manage multiple portfolios of properties. We have established ourselves as one of the 10 largest property management firms in the state of Arkansas (the ONLY NEA firm on that list). Our team also includes an in-house marketing director, a social media manager, three accountants, and five administrative professionals. In addition to our professional accolades, members of our team also have a rich history of civic and philanthropic involvement, helping extend our network deep into the community and region. Our team has been active in multiple organizations and events benefitting Arkansas State University, St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas, the Arkansas State Police Foundation, City Youth Ministries and multiple other organizations. We are proud of our community, and are willing to invest the fiscal, human and political capital it takes to improve the lives and livelihood of all those who choose to live, work and play here.
Our commitment is simple. We want to be the best. We are committed to growing our team, whether that be by traditional recruitment or the acquisition of other companies with talented producers and managers that we want to be a part of our organization. We are committed to improving the quality of life in the markets we serve. We have invested years working hand in hand with local governments to craft local legislation to allow for developments that can deliver on that goal; from “village” and “town center” districts, comprehensive redevelopment districts with urban arts and neighborhood transitions, urban infill zoning, cottage home zoning, design standards, landscaping and pedestrian standards, etc. We have led the efforts, paid the consultants, served on the committees and lobbied for passage…all so we could help make our markets a better place to live, work and raise a family.

As a downtown neighbor of Halsey Thrasher Harpole Real Estate Group and having a mission so close to HTHREG; CityYouth Ministries was the obvious choice when the management team at HTHREG decided to choose one philanthropic initiative to direct near 100% of its donations, time and resources. The partnership and achievements that have been reached thus far, are beyond any original thoughts and imagination. A golf tournament, a transaction program where proceeds from every HTHREG firm transaction are donated to CYM, Christmas gifts for each child and so much more. With Managing Partner Jerry L. Halsey, Jr. as a member of the CYM Board of Directors there is so much more in store. Next stop, mentorship programs to help students decide interests upon entering higher level education and ultimately the workforce. We are a Faith Based, non-profit organization that provides an AfterSchool Program and Summer Program for 1st grade through 8th grade students within our Jonesboro Community. CityYouth Ministries has been an integral part of the Jonesboro community since 1999. Through donations, various community partnerships, local churches and individual donors we are able to provide our programs at no cost to our students and their families. We offer academic tutoring and homework assistance as well as exciting extra curricular activities such as tennis lessons, yoga and zumba. However, Jesus is at the center of everything that we do as we strive to make Christ known. We do this by offering discipleship groups, praise and worship and devotional time.

With the corporate headquarters of Halsey Thrasher Harpole Real Estate Group residing in Downtown Jonesboro, it places a crucial responsibility to ensure that the area is restored to its greatest potential. With the resources and skillsets under the roof at HTHREG the overlay district is a main development priority for the company. With this priority, establishing a relationship with the West End Neighborhood Association and helping them achieve their goals was a must. That partnership and alliance with the City of Jonesboro helped pave the way for the recent overlay district. This overlay district has opened the door to a complete revitalization and redevelopment of the West End (as well as Aggie Corridor to ASU and Downtown) by strengthening design standards, relaxing parking requirements, and increasing density allowances in some zones by as much as 500%.

AT ARKANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY
History In 2012, A-State approached New York Institute of Technology with the idea of establishing an NYITCOM program at the A-State campus aimed at producing physicians in generalist specialties (family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, general surgery, emergency medicine, and obstetrics/gynecology), who would practice in the medically underserved areas of Arkansas and the Mississippi Delta region. NYITCOM developed the partnership as part of its overarching vision to advance patient-centered, population-based osteopathic healthcare through transformative education and illuminating research. In August 2016, NYITCOM-Arkansas welcomed its inaugural class of 115 medical students. Housed in the 86,000 square-foot Wilson Hall, facilities include a stateof-the art anatomy lab, team-based teaching labs, an auditorium, osteopathic manipulative lab, medical library, student lounge, simulation labs, and classrooms outfitted with technology for in-person and two-way live streaming of lectures between the Arkansas and New York campuses.

Living in Jonesboro Residential Developments by HTHREG
Condos at Huntington Station
Huntington Station is a mixed-use, retail, restaurant and residential re-vitalization and development district in Downtown Jonesboro. It is a vital piece of the puzzle for adding to the lifestyle elements and walkability of Downtown Jonesboro's overlay district.
Cottages at the West End
One and two bedroom configurations, with a shared recreational outdoor garden area; designed to give a micro-community feel. They will bring a unique outdoor lifestyle to the West End with the same walkability priorities. The location is a few minutes walk to the main downtown attractions.
Windsor Landing
The first phase of the Windsor Landing development will yield 45 single family houses. Located in the highly sought after Hilltop area, this neighborhood is less than a minute from all that Hilltop has to offer and 5 minutes from the main retail districts of Jonesboro. Housing layouts include open floor plans, 2 car garages, bonus rooms and more. Windsor Landing houses will soon be on the market.
Brendar Village
Brendar Village will be getting 30+ condominiums in four unit complexes. There will be two layout options available: two bedroom, two bathroom and 1,075 square feet or three bedroom two bathroom and 1,280 square feet.
Greensborough Village With a projected village community population of 2,500-3,000 upon completion, this new development will give residents the ability to live it and experience it in a single setting. Combining the best of southern charm with the edginess of new urbanism, GBV is setting new standards for both residential and commercial development.
Developments and revitalizations A top priority of HTHREG, commercial and residential development is underway to give a new look to downtown. The partnership with the West End Association is a game-changing duo for the progression of Downtown Jonesboro.
The West End
40 + acres surrounded by commercial office space to the west, Interstate 555 to the south, and retail to the north and east, Centre Park is destined to become the iconic retail/office/hotel development in Northeast Arkansas.

This renovated facility is now a training facility and rental space in the heart of downtown Jonesboro's West End Neighborhood. This is the perfect venue for any meeting, training or social gathering.
This is a 30,000+ square foot facility that was purchased for redevelopment. This property is the “bookend” to the interests adjoining the A-State campus (The Yard), anchoring the downtown end of the Aggie corridor.

HTHREG Corporate Headquarters, the 27,000 square foot Century Center, and other redevelopment parcels in the overlay district are prioritized for high density mixed use, residential or commercial development.
Century Center
The Aggie corridor is an assemblage of rental properties that HTHREG has gradually acquired since 2014 to warehouse the land for redevelopment. This land adjoins the campus of Arkansas State University with nearly 1,000 feet of frontage onto Aggie Road.
Aggie Corridor
Huntington Station is a mixed-use, retail, restaurant and residential re-vitalization development in Downtown Jonesboro. It is a vital piece of the puzzle for adding to the lifestyle elements and walkability of Downtown Jonesboro's overlay district.
Huntington Station
Due to enormous growth and potential of the Jonesboro area, the need for upscale neighborhood commercial development was of paramount importance. The vision for this 200+ acre master-planned community therefore is to create a “city within a city.”
Greensboro Village
Anchored by the nearby A-State campus and Baptist Hospital facility, Greensborough Village will offer a wide range of commercial, mixed use and residential living space for approximately 2,500 - 3,000 people.
The Brendar Village community has developed pads to add an additional 30+ new construction units.
Brendar Village
Huntington Station will also have condos! The top levels of mixed-use, commercial and retail space will consist of living spaces. This continuing the trend of walkability to nearby restaurant and retail developments and downtown.
