Supervision of piping sub-contractor during installation and testing of carbon and stainless process pipe work, in accordance with Kodak specifications, Progress reporting and monitor of construction technical queries.

-------------------000-------------------VERTICAL SPECIALISATION  Familiarization of contractor rule and standards of petrochemical plant.  Injury reporting and investigation.  Incident/Near miss and accident writing and investigating.  HSE policy and procedures and implementation at site.  Planning and executing function via, engineering safety, Health safety, First aid. Fire prevention  Environments safety and safety on plant.  Authorizing mane entry permit, work permit filing accident, LTI report.  Periodical review of fire fighting equipment.  Maintaining the record safety equipment.  To create safety awareness and safety training to all department.  Conducting fire fighting /Mock-up drills.  Keeping all records of incident/accident.  Display safety slogans, banners at site and yard.  Recommending department to management to incentive/cash awards for excellence safety.  Executing various boards at site.  Identifying the dangerous goods/cylinder and keeping them at appropriate place.  Periodical review of safety certificate like explosive, lifts, chemicals, etc. Ensuring all safety precautions for keeping flammable materials, chemicals and marketing, vehicle permits.  Daily inspecting site tools and equipments.  Attending safety committees meeting with Clint, contractor and subcontractor.  Co-operating between various work departments and between Clint contractor and subcontractor.  Walk through/audit of site with Clint and contractor.  Adopting industrial safety and hygiene.

FIRE FIGHTING  Ensure fire fighting appliance maintained always  Identifying and positioning fire fighting equipments.  Imparting training to personnel on fire fighting  Periodical review of fire fighting appliances and replace them.  Keeping record /custody of fire fighting equipment.  Periodical review of heat smoke, flame detector and sprinklers system.  Providing record to the client/management when demanded.  Keeping the fire fighting equipment in proper location.  CO2,DCP foam type, sprinkler, fire man, barricades, emergency fire pump pressure, water pump, chemical powder applicant should always available.
