HABC Program sales
Hannah Dwyer has committed to Midwestern State University and will be a member of the cheerleading squad.
Dwyer, a Howe High School 2021 graduate, was a varsity cheerleader and volleyball player for HHS. She was named Football Sweetheart during the 2020 season and was a Homecoming Queen nominee.

She’s been cheerleading since the age of three including competition cheer.

“It’s an honor to be a cheerleader because we get to go out there and support the boys,” said Dwyer during an October interview.
Dwyer was also a softball and track athlete as well and was a
a
member of the National Honor Society and the HHS Student Council.
Members of the HHS Class of 1991 gathered for 30 year reunion

Some of the members of the Howe High School Class of 1991 gathered at Summit Gardens last weekend for a 30-year reunion. They later traveled to the home of Candace Estep Simmons. The event was spearheaded by Jamy Akins who put three months of work into the effort. While there, they remembered four members of their class that have passed— Monty Ulmer, Joe White, Nathan Carver, and Christi Wallace.

Those in attendance were Phillip Bearden, Joey McMillion, Chris Hartwell, Wendy Oswalt Perkins, Jay Bryant, Kim Cumbley Carson, Paula Aguilar Catching, Wade Carson, Brandy Legate Reynolds, Shannon Hise Taylor, Jamy Akins, Richard Barrett, Shelly Stoffreagan Keiser, Kathy Lankford Olson, Candace Estep Simmons, and Julie Roberts Thomas.
