The current US military and experts called the letter of 124 retired generals and admirals that questioned the physical abilities of US President Joe Biden, as well as the results of the 2020 presidential election, antidemocratic.

As Politico notes, the letter of the retirees " alarmed the military at the Pentagon with its harsh tone and use of the position of the country's generals and admirals to spread disinformation." However, officially, the US military department did not comment on the publication.
The text of the open letter itself states that the United States is in deep danger, as the country " is fighting for its survival more than ever since its founding in 1776." "This is a conflict between supporters of socialism and Marxism and supporters of constitutional freedom," the text says. "Without free and fair elections that accurately reflect the 'will of the citizens', our constitutional republic is lost."
According to the authors, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Supreme Court should act quickly and not ignore election violations, "as it was in 2020." The text also criticizes the current administration for building relations with China and trying to negotiate on the Iranian nuclear program.
According to the retired officers, " the mental and physical condition of the commander-in-Chief cannot be ignored." "He must be able to make the right decisions quickly in the field of national security, day or night," the text says.
*** A federal judge in Massachusetts will force Twitter to explain whether it is a "state entity" or a truly private company. The implications could be significant for Big Tech.
Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, who exposed Big Pharma and Covid-19, ran for the U.S. Senate in Massachusetts as a Republican and claimed election fraud on Twitter. The tweets were then deleted by the far-left leadership of the social network. It was later revealed that the tweets were deleted at the direction of state employees of the Massachusetts Secretary of State's office.
After discovering this, Dr. Ayyadurai filed a federal lawsuit claiming that his federal civil rights were violated when the government stopped his political speech to influence the election. nounced a hearing on pending motions to be held on May 20, 2021, at 9: 30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. His court rulings make it clear that he is taking this case seriously.
By citing these two cases, legal observers say, the judge signals that Twitter's days of claiming to be a private company to avoid explicitly suppressing conservative speech, banning a host of conservative journalists, and promoting liberal views may be over.
This precedent could mean the end of CDA 230.
CDA 230 is a provision of the Decency in Communications Act of 1996 that gives Internet and social media companies legal immunity from legal action in connection with the content they post.
The provision of the law gives companies like Facebook and Twitter the ability to dismiss lawsuits, but also allows them to act with impunity so that their actions cannot be challenged by the law. These companies, according to their detractors, have abused immunity by suppressing dissident and especially conservative views, viewpoints, and journalism.
Since Dr. Ayyadurai did not argue about Twitter's" Terms of Service, " everything will depend on the degree of interaction between Twitter and the Massachusetts state government.
And, according to Dr. Ayyadurai, these links have already been confirmed in witness testimony, as Twitter has created a special portal offered to certain government agencies so that government officials can flag and remove content they don't like for any reason, as part of what they call "Twitter Partner Status."
Dr. Ayyadurai argues that the Constitution is superior to CDA 230, and that the government cannot engage individuals to silence people with whom they disagree, and that the government and Twitter act together as one, because Twitter is essentially a state entity.
Almost every court that has considered CDA 230 immunity since 2001 has preserved the sanctity of social media. This is the first time in more than 20 years that there is a real possibility of overturning a provision or suggesting that the Constitution trumps the law, and that an Internet service provider under the law can be a "state entity" for the purposes of the Civil Rights Act. *** Maricopa County supervisors have scheduled a public meeting for Monday to "lay out the facts" before Tuesday's meeting before the Arizona State Senate. *** US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ignores CDC guidelines, demanding that House members continue to wear the mask. *** Dominion stated that they " voluntarily provide access to their election equipment only to vendors accredited by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC). And these employees themselves entered the equipment, which allowed the auditors to access the system. This is a double play, since they provided the necessary data to "their" people.

*** The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) deceived Hamas terrorists via Twitter and lured them into a death trap on Thursday evening, Israel National News reported. If true, this could be the greatest Twitter trolling since Trump brought peace to the Korean Peninsula by calling its leader a " rocket man."
"IDF air and ground forces are currently attacking the Gaza Strip," the official IDF account wrote shortly after midnight on Friday morning local time.
The mainstream media, including the Washington Post, New York Times, and AFP, happily picked up on the sensational report without bothering to check it. During the day on Thursday, sources in the IDF and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also raised the possibility of a ground attack on Gaza. The terrorist organizations Hamas and Islamic Jihad have fired more than 2,000 rockets at Israel since Monday, 300 of which fell on their own population. In response, the IDF killed more than 100 key Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorist commanders.
On Thursday, the IDF deployed infantry, artillery and tanks to the border with the Gaza Strip, leading Hamas to believe that Israel was about to launch a ground invasion. As a result, Hamas sent its fighters into its system of underground tunnels under Gaza City, Israel National News reported:
“On Thursday evening, the Israeli military delivered 160 aircraft and dropped 450 bombs containing more than 80 tons of explosives, hitting 150 terrorist targets in 35 minutes. The underground city of Hamas was hit with great force, and the IDF destroyed a system of terrorist tunnels on the heads of terrorists hiding in the tunnels. During the attack, many kilometers of terror tunnels were destroyed. At the moment, neither Israel nor Hamas know the exact extent of the damage, but it is estimated that a large number of terrorists were buried in the sand under Gaza.”
If the reports are correct, this could be one of the greatest feats of military deception since the Six -Day War, when extensive counterintelligence and disorientation led to Israel's conquest of Sinai, East Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria in less than a week. Even the database was illegally deleted after the subpoena to produce the information. Maricopa County officials to a public hearing on May 18 to allow them the opportunity to try to explain what happened to the missing databases, ballots, and other significant issues.
The Fake News and Lamestream Media is doing everything they can not to cover this major story. They just refuse to talk or report about it. They don’t want the United States or World to see what is going on with our corrupt, third world election. *** Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America.—May 15, 2021
The entire Database of Maricopa County in Arizona has been DELETED! This is illegal and the Arizona State Senate, who is leading the Forensic Audit, is up in arms. Additionally, seals were broken on the boxes that hold the votes, ballots are missing, and worse. Mark Brnovich, the Attorney General of Arizona, will now be forced to look into this unbelievable Election crime. Many Radical Left Democrats and weak Republicans are very worried about the fact that this has been exposed. The DELETION of an entire Database and critical Election files of Maricopa County is unprecedented. Many other States to follow. The Mainstream Media and Radical Left Democrats want to stay as far away as possible from the Presidential Election Fraud, which should be one of the biggest stories of our time. Fox News is afraid to cover it— there is rarely a mention. Likewise, Newsmax has been virtually silent on this subject because they are intimidated by threats of lawsuits. One America News (OAN), one of the fastest growing networks on television, and the “hottest”, is doing a magnificent job of exposing the massive fraud that took place. The story is only getting bigger and at some point it will be impossible for the weak and/or corrupt media not to cover. Thank you to OAN and other brave American Patriots. It is all happening quickly! *** From Gateway Pundit—On Thursday, Dominion stated they “voluntarily supply access to their election equipment only to vendors accredited by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC). We happily did so for the accredited providers (vendors) that Maricopa hired for auditing”. However, this is not true. According to audit vendor Pro V&V, Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) provided passwords directly to Maricopa Board of Election employees. And those employees logged into the equipment themselves, allowing auditors system access.
The Arizona Senate asked the County for Admin User level access. Pro V&V President Jack Cobb stated: “The Admin User and password have GOD powers. Note the Antrim County Michigan hack – where someone had Admin User and password access, and with that you can do anything. All databases in all industries need this function. The Super User login can perform any (Admin Level) function EXCEPT altering the SQL database. We don’t even ask for those credentials on a fielded system because they are so powerful there is a risk that we get accused of changing something.” Mr. Cobb also said: “Neither Pro V&V or Maricopa County has the Admin User access passwords. Maricopa may have thought their Super User passwords were the Admin level, but they are just Super Users passwords. We had them put in the passwords themselves. Maricopa could give these to the (Cyber Ninja) auditors and they still can’t do what they want. This is a “Red Herring”. The tabulators have redundant memory. The EMS is just an accumulator. I can delete and reload data as many times as I want as long as it is from a trusted source (SD, CF, or USB). On top of that there are printed paper tapes from each tabulator”.
Although the Arizona State Legislature has the right to inspect Federal & State Elections by law, DVS stated they WILL NOT supply passwords to the State Legislature, or any of its auditor. The thousands of election jurisdictions that might want equipment passwords for audits, Dominion expects them to choose from only two audit vendors. That’s right, there are only two EAC accredited vendors left to choose from. Although the EAC website lists three, NTS Huntsville said by phone “were out, no longer doing that”. Over the past few years five other vendors have removed Cobb continued: “A jurisdiction has the option of requiring Admin User and Super User access with their Dominion system. Maricopa County is leasing their equipment, so Dominion has this information. In Antrim they own the system, set it, and control this level of access. Antrim gave Admin User access to the guy who reviewed (inspected) their system. Dominion Voting Systems can’t do anything in Antrim because Admin Users and those passwords were all set by Antrim. The only way to access Antrim Admin is if they provide that access or try to hack it”.
In response to the Arizona Senate’s recent letter exposing a missing County election database, Mr. Cobb said:
“The information they are saying is not there (is gone) maybe just county test data, or even my audit data. I am also not sure they know what they are looking for. I don’t have enough information to comment. I don’t know about ballot handling or document production.”
On page 7 of the Pro V&V Report, it clearly explains “qualified Board of Elections Employees” are granting auditors access to the systems: “The Pro V&V test team was granted access to the workstations/servers from qualified Board of Elections Employees”. *** “We have been complicit with a culture we don't agree with and are committed to change. *** Ken Cuccinelli, chair of the Election Transparency Initiative, said Republicans in Congress are not going to roll out a counterproposal to the Democrats' election reform bill, the For the People Act, because states should handle election law changes.
Cuccinelli was asked if Republicans should counter the Democrats' H.R.1 and S.1 with an alternative that solidifies voter identification requirements and standards that states would have to meet to update voter rolls.
"Absolutely not, part of the point here is that states have done this for 230 years, they've been successful laboratories of democracy, they've never worked perfectly, but Lord knows Washington isn't going to fix that, and it should be left to the states," Cuccinelli said on a press call about the For the People Act advancing in the Democratic-led Senate after passing (Continued on page 19)
the Democratic-led House.
"It isn't that there is some other federal imposition that should take place," he added. "It's that this should be debated and adjusted state by state in the states themselves. So, the answer to your question is no." *** A report published last year by the WEF-Carnegie Cyber Policy Initiative calls for the merging of Wall Street banks, their regulators and intelligence agencies as necessary to confront an allegedly imminent cyber-attack that will collapse the existing financial system.

Election audit in small New Hampshire town could have implications for 2020 results statewide.
An audit team sent to conduct a forensic examination of the 2020 election results in Windham, N.H. started the process off well enough on Tuesday. But by Wednesday, they hit a major snag: The live stream cameras that had been broadcasting the audit room around the clock went offline for close to 90 minutes, potentially obscuring any problematic intervention.
The team decided Thursday morning to reinspect the ballot machines on camera in an attempt to maintain observers' faith in their process. They needed to determine whether the machines had been tampered with over night when the cameras mysteriously went down.
With the country focused on the election audit in Maricopa County, Ariz. and early headlines about election night troubles centered on cities in Georgia, Pennsylvania and Michigan, it comes as a small surprise that the idyllic New England town of Windham — where Republicans ultimately won each of the races now being inspected — also now finds itself under scrutiny for possible election night machine malfunctions and numbers that just don't add up.
While the audit is focused solely on tiny Windham (estimated population: 14,853), the results could have statewide repercussions, as the AccuVote machines used in the town are the only votecounting machines approved for use in New Hampshire.
The goal of the audit is to review the 2020 election results in hopes of finding an explanation for significant discrepancies uncovered during a hand recount conducted in mid-November at the request of one of the Democratic candidates for the New Hampshire House of Representatives. According to the election night tally, Democratic candidate Kristi St. Laurent fell short of winning her seat by just 24 votes. But, after a hand recount conducted by the secretary of state on Nov. 12, St. Laurent's deficit widened significantly from 24 votes (.005%) to 420 votes (9.6%). The results of the race were unchanged, but the recount showed that each Republican on the slate had been shorted about 300 votes, and votes for St. Laurent had been overcounted by 99 votes.
Image Windham, NH election results Windham, NH election results Ken Eyring Windham Election Moderator Betty Dunn has maintained that any Election Day discrepancies were not tied to the operation that she helped oversee in early November. Following the hand recount, Dunn said: “Until and unless it is proven that the town officials made a mistake, I think with all the time and effort and support and the number of public officials who you all put your faith and trust in, we ought to begin with the premise that we did our jobs and did it well.”
In mid-April, New Hampshire Republican Gov. Chris Sununu signed a bill authorizing a forensic audit of the District 7 race in Windham. The bill was unanimously passed by the state Senate, denoting the bipartisan desire of the elected body to get to the bottom of Windham's election discrepancies.
The audit team is comprised of Philip Stark, a professor of statistics at the University of California, Berkeley, Mark Lindeman, an acting director of Verified Voting, and Harri Hursti, a computer programmer. They are overseeing a multistep process, initiated with the bags and boxes of ballots being delivered to the audit location on Tuesday.
The audit begins with a physical count of the ballots that includes tagging each ballot with a unique marking in order to confirm an exact figure. The ballots will all be imaged to ensure that backup copies exist, then they will be run through the AccuVote machines used in Windham in November. The next step is an audit of the machines themselves, which will entail imaging all of the data and memory of each machine card and scanner. The programming of all four machines will be inspected to make sure they are all the same. And finally, the characteristics of the physical ballots will be inspected, including ink used and the state of the ballot envelopes.
Following the Nov. 3, 2020 election, vote tallies recorded by three of the machines show results that closely approximate each other across all races, including the presidential. But on the remaining machine, the percentages received by the Republican candidates are closer to the percentages received by Democrats on all other machines (and vice versa). The numbers appear to be flipped.

In the presidential race, for example, on machines 1, 3 and 4 the results for the major party candidates were as follows:
machine 1: Trump 57.4%, Biden 40.3% machine 3: Trump 56.9%, Biden 40.8% machine 4: Trump 57%, Biden 40.3% But on machine 2, the result was Biden 55.6%, Trump 42.2%.
Machine 2 also appears to have recorded a significantly higher "Overvoted" percentage than the other machines. The hand recount in November did not account for the machine patterns outlined above, but the hope is that the forensic audit will.
(In the gubernatorial race, the Democrat and Republican numbers did not flip, although even there the Democrat and Republican totals rose and fell, respectively, by more than percentage points.)
Prior to beginning the forensic audit on Tuesday, Mark Lindeman said that the "fact pattern" he and his team have been brought on board to assess "seems unusual, if not unprecedented."
The four machines being audited are AccuVote optical scanning systems, which were manufactured by Global Elections Systems Inc., which was ultimately acquired in 2010 by Dominion Voting systems. Dominion owns the intellectual property of the AccuVote machines and its related election management system but did not manufacture the machines being used in New Hampshire.
AccuVote machines are the only legal ballot-counting technology in New Hampshire and were used in all towns and cities in the state, except those that opted to hand count ballots on election night. Any problems found in these voting machines could thus have implications for the 2020 election results statewide, including the presidential contest, in which Biden defeated Trump by 52.9%45.5% in the official tally. to complete the project.
Despite the mysterious circumstances the audit ran into on Wednesday night, Hursti said he is "more confident than usual that we can have a good conclusive explanation" following the audit, though he "never guarantees" an outcome.
While it might be an overstatement to say the whole world will be watching Windham, it's clear the most famous resident of Palm Beach, Fla. will be. "Congratulations to the great Patriots of Windham, New Hampshire for their incredible fight to seek out the truth on the massive Election Fraud which took place in New Hampshire and the 2020 Presidential Election ... look forward to seeing the results," wrote former President Trump earlier this month.
