Howe senior Hannah Dwyer was the lone Lady Bulldog honored on the All-Texomaland team that is put together by the Herald Democrat. Other members were:

US Highway 75 commercial property increases the value exponentially as can be seen by a 14 acre tract stretching from Dollar General to Bainbrook Apartments that has a price tag of $3 million. That equates to a whopping $4.91 per square foot.

The market will most likely continue to climb as Texas remains a hot spot relocation center in the country due to low taxes and less regulations. Texas was second in 2020 behind Tennessee according to a new report from U-Haul.

The next home on the list is at 121 E. Tutt Street which carries a price tag of $295,000 which is $197 per square foot—by far the most in the Howe area. This home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home at 1,510 square feet.

There are three homes on the market in Summit Hill which all carry an average price of $106 per square foot. The prices range from $275,000 to $234,990. A 1991 home for sale on Davis Street is listed for $269,000 at 2,158 square feet for an average of $124.65.

A home popped up mid-week located on Quinlan Street for $150,000. The 1976 built home is 1,114 square feet making it $135 per square feet. It’s a 3-bedroom, 1-bath home. It’s been updated with new floors and paint.

The former home of Billy Ray Judkins and Heath Horton is on the market. The home rests across from Palio’s Pizza and next to Core Fit Gym. The price on it is $184,000 for 1,320 square feet which is $139 per square foot. It also has been remodeled.
