This week's A+ Athlete is Jenna Honore' of Howe High School. Jenna has a 4.3 GPA, ranked 3rd in her class. She's the National Honors Society President, and student council vice president. She is part of the FCA leadership team and has gone to state in FFA.

"I like to win," Honore' said. "Maybe not making 100 on everything. But I like to make very good grades and do the very best for my school and for my teammates."

"Jenna is a competitive spirit," Howe math teacher Twana Stubblefield said. "I see it on the court, but I see it in the classroom as well. It's not so much with other people, but it's with herself. She wants to do well, and you see that."

Doing well certainly extends to the court. Jenna is a key player of the basketball team and volleyball team. She was named district defensive MVP for basketball, where she helped lead the Lady Bulldogs deep into the playoffs. She has been named team MVP in volleyball and was also part of the Howe girls track team that won an area championship. Working and excelling in athletics is a high priority for this A+ Athlete.
