Howe's third and fourth grade beat S&S, 20-6

The third and fourth grade Bulldogs played S&S in Collinville on Saturday and came away with a 206 win The coaches say the team has finally gelled and are playing as a team

Mayo on defense and for the second week, Garrett Rodgers led the offensive backfield with over 100 rushing yards and two touchdowns The highlight of the game though was when Beaudy Kuykendall decleated Collinsville's kick returner after Howe's first touchdown

Howe's first and second grade beat Bells, 32-0

The seventh grade team won 30-6 Free safety Korben Kemp had a big interception in the game to halt Caddo Mills' momentum

Colby Hopper caught a touchdown pass from Austin Haley and Haley also scored on a quarterback sneak Runningback Carson Daniels scored twice on the ground as well Ryan Hough and Matthew Bearden anchored

The eighth grade team lost 46-0 A rough start put the Dogs in catch-up mode for the rest of the game A few blunders on special teams early is what sealed the deal The defense played well in the second half though They only allowed one touchdown The offense, led by Eli Wilson, was driving at the end of the game but time expired

Howe's fifth and sixth grade Bulldogs keep rolling on as they took down the Leonard Tigers on Saturday morning, 28-0

The Bulldogs opened the game with a 46-yard run by Marshall Larsen to set up a 9-yard touchdown pass from Jacob 'Clyde' Campbell to Cooper Jones The two also connected for the 2-point conversion

Runs by Braden Ulmer and Garren Lankford, Ashton Trevino, and Campbell set up the Ulmer 5-yard touchdown Howe led 14-0

The Bulldogs recovered an onside kick and drove the ball with runs by Noah Riley, but Howe offensive coach Monte Walker mixed up 4th down for 3rd down which caused a turnover on downs

Ulmer and Campbell connected for 15 yards which set up a 29yard Campbell to Jones scoring strike Rowdy Kuykendall caught the 2-points conversion to give Howe a 22-0 halftime lead

The final score came on a 37-yard reverse by Jones The 2-point conversion was unsuccessful and Howe's final score was 28-0

The Bulldogs defense held the Tigers to negative yardage on the day

The coaching staff wants to thank the parents for their support throughout the season When the fifth and sixth grade classes have been paired together, they have scored 440 points and allowed 20 in the last two seasons In 2017, Howe has scored 170 and allowed 8

The Bulldogs will round out the regular season next Saturday with a 9 am game at Bells

The Bulldogs have secured the number one seed for the playoffs which begin Oct 14
