You have to read and allow the Word of God to show you, you from the inside out As bread, the word of God is spiritual food The living word of God is also described as milk (1Peter 2:2) and meat in the Bible (Hebrews 5:11-14) and seed (Luke 8:11) Just like a well-balanced diet it is complete in what we need to be healthy Christians Spiritual growth and strength cannot be gained without God’s living word His word is communication to us You can occupy yourself with various activities but until you

His Word helped our ancestors yesterday and it will still help our children and grandchildren tomorrow. The living Word of God will never die and that’s why it is referred to as the Bread of Life We are to hide the Word in our heart so that no one can ever remove it Faith isn’t built overnight by a verse or two It’s built as it nourishes your soul and your spirit flourishes If you eat one healthy salad it will not change your overall health One healthy meal will not sustain you for life You cannot watch others eat healthy and become healthy because of it You cannot get healthy by all the healthy recipes you pin on Pinterest We are created to eat balanced and healthy meals over a lifetime. You need to meditate and digest the Word. This process takes place in the mind before it gets to your heart. Psalms says that it is the one who meditates day and night on the word of God that will flourish like a tree planted by the river of waters There are so many good teachers of the Bible from local pastors to world famous speakers that you can learn and glean from but ultimately it’s the Word you hear from His heart to
