Military Department

Howe Military School has a goal and a mission. The focus of that goal is to educate and maturate the cadets of our school into young men and women capable of excelling in advanced education. That goal also focuses on developing the character of each cadet so that he or she has the personal fortitude to succeed in all aspects of life. The framework of the military helps to initiate the organization and focus cadets require in order to succeed in many other areas. Many skills are tapped into by allowing students to learn leadership roles among their peers, instructing them in leadership training, and helping cadets to investigate their own needs for growth and expansion. Cadets at Howe Military School accept the challenge of being more than just a good student. They strive for excellence in their abilities to be good leaders, good citizens, and good people.
