Cheryl says the spacious master bathroom is one of her favorite rooms in the house, specifically the soaking tub, which sits beside a bank of windows facing the back pool and lake. The blinds, which are used throughout the home, are uniquely designed with two layers of alternating horizontal opaque panels—one solid and one mesh, which can allow light when pulled one way or offer complete privacy when adjusted slightly. Budget Blinds, the installer, won a national award for this project. “We used the Illusions Transitional Shade,” says Elaine Trotter of Budget Blinds. “They are such a great product. They give you horizontal lines without having to have horizontal window coverings and they are dust resistant.
