Now we’re into the summer, are there any hot offers in the residential leasing market that tenants out there should be considering? LAURA ADAMS Yes, in fact, we have some great options coming up in Downtown Burj Khalifa this summer. Rents have stabilised, but when renewals come around, an increasing amount of competitively-priced stock becomes available. As a result, you can find unbeatable offers, such as 2-bedroom apartments in Burj Views for as little as 85,000 per annum. Given the location of Burj Views (walking distance to Dubai Mall, Souk al Bahar, hotels, restaurants and endless amenities) this can be considered as one of the best deals the market can offer.
