Estos consejos le ayudarán a sacar el máximo partido y tiempo a su tratamiento de Spa: -- Para acceder a la zona de Spa, es importante que deje en la habitación cualquier objeto de valor y sobre todo los dispositivos móviles y multimedia (móvil, tablet...), consiga el relax completo desconectando de todo por unas horas. -- Si todavía no ha realizado la reserva de su tratamiento, deberá ponerse en contacto con el personal de recepción (extensión 100). Le aconsejamos que llegue 10 ó 15 minutos antes para poder disfrutar de la visita y de su tratamiento por completo. -- Hable con los terapeutas del spa. Hágales saber cualquier necesidad que tenga, o cualquier pequeño detalle que pueda mejorar su experiencia: sobre todo si tiene algún problema de salud que le impida disfrutar de su experiencia, no se preocupe ellos le buscarán una alternativa que será de su agrado. -- Además, las mujeres que estén o crean estar embarazadas deberán comentarlo. Nos encantará ayudarle a elegir el programa de spa más adecuado. Los terapeutas quieren que tenga la mejor experiencia posible y están para resolverle y hacer su día más especial. -- Cualquier cancelación deberá realizarse siempre con un mínimo de antelación.
