Fairfield HS • New Mexico State All-Big Sky Conference 2009 Cross Country: Competed in seven of the Personal Bests team’s eight meets…top 5K time was 18:01 at 1,500 .............. 4:40.98 the Santa Clara Invitational…ran 20:39 at the Steeplechase ... 11:15.20 WAC Preview meet for her best 6K time. 5K ................. 18:19.72 2009 Season: Competed in the 800, 1500, 5K and steeplechase during the outdoor season…ran 4:40.98 in the 1500 at the Mt. SAC Relays for her top time…finished first at the Sacramento State Open in the 5K with a time of 18:19.72…best steeplechase time was 11:15.20… indoors, she redshirted. 2008 Cross Country: Earned all-Big Sky honors with a ninth-place finish at the Big Sky meet…recorded the third-fastest time in school history at the meet at 17:35…competed in five of the final six meets…had three top 10-finishes in that span…ran 21:53 at the NCAA West Regional which ranks fourth in school history at the meet. Prior to Sacramento State: Attended New Mexico State for two years…competed in four of the seven races for the Aggies in 2006…ran 19:12 at the WAC Championships…recorded a season best time of 18:16 at the Auburn Invitational. High School: Graduated from Fairfield HS in 2006…set three high school records in the 1,600, 3,200 and the 5K…also led the Falcons to a second place standing in 2004 at the state championship and paced the Falcons to two first place standings in cross country in 2004 and 2005…won the Solano County Athletic League cross country title in 2003 and 2004 and finished second in 2005…placed 10th in the state cross country meet as a senior to earn all-state honors. High School: Graduated from Rialto HS in 2006…was the Citrus Belt League champion in the shot put (41-02) and discus (133-08.50)…top marks include 42-07 in the shot put and 139-08.5 in the discus…was a three-time MVP of her team…named first team all-CBL in 2004 and 2006…also played four years of basketball.
