2010 Season Appeared in all 32 matches (four starts) and all 127 sets…a shoulder injury limited her arm swing, so she was converted into a setter for the first time in her life…became one of two Hornet setters in the team's modified 5-1 offense…averaged 0.51 kills, 4.61 assists and 0.64 blocks per set…had double figures in assists in all but one match, including a season-high 30 at Weber State…had five kills, a .500 hitting percentage, 14 assists and four blocks at Northern Arizona…had at least four blocks on seven occasions…could not serve because of the shoulder injury…was forced to serve under-hand on a few occasions after the Hornets ran out of subs…had a career-high nine digs at Portland State.

2009 Season Played in 30 matches (including 15 starts) and 91 sets as one of the team’s two primary rightside hitters…finished with averages of 1.15 kills and 0.63 blocks per set…matched her career high with 10 kills in the Hornets’ first match of the season against Siena…also matched her career high with seven blocks in the final contest of the year against Eastern Washington…had six kills, a .300 hitting percentage and four blocks at Portland State…also tallied seven kills, a .353 hitting percentage (7-1-17) and six blocks vs. UC Riverside.

2007-08 Seasons Received medical hardships in back-to-back years while recovering from injuries.

2006 Season Appeared in all 36 matches, including seven starts and 97 sets…averaged 0.97 kills and 0.69 blocks per set…shared time with Leah Klemenhagen as one of the Hornets’ two rightside hitters…had at least five kills on five occasions, including a season-high 10 vs. New Mexico State…had four kills, four assists and a season-high seven blocks against 25th-ranked Long Beach State…had six kills, a season-high .600 hitting percentage (6-0-10) and two blocks at Saint Mary’s…also had six kills and a .400 hitting percentage (6-2-10) against Montana…tallied six kills and a .429 hitting percentage (6-0-14) at UTEP.

High School A 2006 graduate of Union Mine High School in El Dorado, Calif…played four years of volleyball as the Diamondbacks’ middle hitter…a three-time all-league selection, Schoener led Union Mine to three-consecutive Sierra Valley League championships (2003-05)…as a senior, she posted a .610 hitting percentage with 356 kills and just 54 errors in 495 total attacks…the 356 kills were the top mark in the Sierra Valley League, and her average of 10.8 kills per match were the sixth best mark in the Sac-Joaquin Section…also had 85 blocks as a senior, 80 of which were solo blocks.

Personal Born June 8, 1988…daughter of Pete Schoener…graduated in the fall of 2010 with a degree in religious studies, and is currently pursuing a second bachelor's degree in government.…competed eight years for the Gold Cal Juniors club volleyball team…current Sacramento State head coach Ruben Volta was the head coach of that team which finished 11th at the junior nationals during the summer of 2006…aunt, Karen Schoener, played volleyball for Sacramento State in 1981.
